Terms of Service
Last updated: August 17, 2026
These Terms govern your use of drutoscan.com and the DrutoScan platform. By using the site or requesting access to the dashboard, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use DrutoScan
The public website is open to visitors. The premium dashboard is invite-only: access is granted after DrutoScan reviews and approves a request, and may be limited to specific services at DrutoScan's discretion.
2. No guaranteed outcomes
DrutoScan provides guidance, analysis, and assistance — it does not control any third-party platform. We do not guarantee:
- That a hacked, disabled, or restricted account will be recovered;
- That reported content, accounts, or listings will be removed or actioned;
- That content passing our risk scan will be approved or left unrestricted by any platform;
- Any specific timeline for a platform's response.
Final decisions on accounts, content, and enforcement always belong to the relevant platform, registrar, or authority.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use DrutoScan to submit false evidence, impersonate someone else, harass or defame a third party, or attempt to access accounts or content you're not authorized to act on. DrutoScan does not perform or assist with unauthorized access to any account or system.
4. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping your dashboard credentials secure. DrutoScan never asks for your third-party platform passwords.
5. AI-assisted features
Features such as the Content Risk Scanner and report drafting use AI to analyze and suggest — they do not take destructive or irreversible action (such as publishing, submitting a report, or modifying an account) without your explicit confirmation.
6. Fees
Premium access may involve fees communicated to you during the request/approval process. Current published self-serve pricing is not active while the platform is invite-only.
7. Service availability
Some services described on this site are still in development or planned, and are labeled accordingly. DrutoScan does not represent unlaunched features as currently available.
8. Termination
DrutoScan may suspend or terminate dashboard access for violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or fraudulent submissions.
9. Limitation of liability
DrutoScan is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, DrutoScan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including outcomes controlled by third-party platforms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
