No. Account recovery outcomes are decided by each platform, not DrutoScan. We provide guided assistance and an assigned expert, but recovery, takedown, or approval outcomes are never guaranteed.
No. DrutoScan never asks for or stores your platform passwords. Where account connections are supported, they use official OAuth/API authentication.
Once you submit a request, a DrutoScan admin reviews it and manually assigns it to a qualified expert for that service and platform. Your expert works the case and posts updates you can see on your dashboard.
